This is a pin from the 1995 Portland Rose Festival. The Portland Rose Festival is celebrated every year in June and is organized by the volunteer non-profit Portland Rose Festival Association. They put on this festival to promote the Portland region, in doing so they have parades, fairs, and other fun activities. Every year a pin is designed and sold as souvenir merchandise.
