Infante is perhaps the most famous actor and singer of the Golden Age of Mexican cinema and was an idol of the Mexican people.

His film career began in 1939 with him appearing in more than 60 films, and starting in 1943, he recorded about 350 songs.

This card was created c. 1940 at the Casasola Photography Studio, El Paso, Texas, USA, which was located next to the Colón Theater (https://historicelpaso.com/historic_entry/teatro-colon/) , where Infante performed. Audience members would be issued this card with their ticket purchase.
