Les Horribles Cernettes

This picture about the band was the first image uploaded to the web on the first website, “://info.cern.ch” in 1992. The general idea was that Silvano de Gennaro, an analyst in the Computer Science department at CERN, wanted to upload the fan-based picture to the World Wide Web (W3).  Les Horribles Cernettes, to this day, was known as the first band to ever be uploaded to the internet.
