SpringFest of 1984 was a festival held in Uptown Charlotte, NC where people came to celebrate the new season with arts, crafts, food, vendors, friends, family, and more. It took place in April of 1984, welcoming and encouraging all Charlotte citizens to attend. The goal of this festival was to create welcoming and free environment for its citizens to talk and meet one another, while also supporting local businesses in the area. This advertisement was placed in the Charlotte Observer for weeks to come to get a large crowd to celebrate in the city.
