Redlined Charlotte Highway Map Proposal

2
After the demolition of the thriving Black community, Brooklyn, in Charlotte, many were moved to West End Charlotte. As the community starts a rebuild, the city begins redlining and targeting the community by building the highway in the middle of the are they were now living in. This map is a scanned image where there were red lines that divided areas where black and white neighborhoods would then be separated with the highway now known as I-85.
