"Current art freelancer who studied at the Art Center School in Los Angeles. Art Shipman has been a resident of Los Angeles for most of his 29 years. He studied at the Art Center School and learned the business in an agency and later an art service. He now art freelances because he prefers to work closely with his clients and control all phases of his job.
