This comic is presented with both X-men characters Colossus and Magik on top of a hoard or enemies fending for themselves. This is an issue during the iconic Chris Claremont run, released in the 80’s this copy was published during the latter half. This is a one off issue that has a self contained story, which is probably why the well known artists aren’t present in this book. While the copy isn’t exactly experimental with the general format of type, its design is still significant for its display of evolution. Despite the fact that the iconic artists aren’t attached to this issue it still shows how far the art has come since early Claremont run.
