Charlotte Motor Speedway Logo

In 1976, the Charlotte Motor Speedway adopted a new logo, designed by Joe Sonderman, who also designed the Charlotte crown logo. Built in 1959, the speedway is located on the outskirts of Charlotte, featuring a 1.5 mile superspeedway track. It operates year-round, hosting races, car shows, and other events.
