Poster for a theatrical production of “Osai-Gonza”

Poster for a theatrical production of "Osai-Gonza" is a theatrical poster designed by Japanese graphic designer Kiyoshi Awazu in 1973.

This work uses strong colors and relatively complex images, which makes the poster look very impactful.

This work is very representative, because it shows that Japanese graphic design can also be very free and expressive, not necessarily only pursuing simplicity.
