Pokémon White
The games Pokémon Black and Pokémon White released on September 18, 2010 in Japan, then were released in North America on March 6, 2011. The covers of the two games were illustrated by Ken Sugimori himself being the franchises main designer for characters and Pokémon. The covers of each game show off the opposite legendary of that color, showing off a nice contrast on the covers. For instance, Pokémon White shows off Zekrom on a white background whilst being primarily black, and Pokémon Black shows off Reshiram on a black background whilst being primarily white. This representation is supposed to show off the theme of Generation V being Ying and Yang, the concept of there being good in evil and evil in good. The main Pokémon on the cover of White version, Zekrom, is representing the evil in good or the black dot on Yang.
