Joy By Day Joy 2014 is a calendar designed by 川上 恵莉子 Eriko Kawakami for D-BROS. The calendar spread is very minimal, a white background with blue text to denote the month and days. The type used is sans-serif, with the month and the day of the week italicised.
The calendar also includes colourful stickers designed for the user to stick onto the calendar to circle or underline specific days of the month. Since the stickers features an array of colours, it contrasts the simple design of the calendar itself, making the days these stickers mark stand out. Which furthers a calendar's function as a tool for reminders.
