The book design for 伊藤佑弥 Yuya Itou’s それら、きっと、永遠 (they, surely, forever) is by 松田 洋和 Hirokazu Matsuda. The book cover is turquoise blue, while the lettering is gold (likely achieved with gold foiling). It also includes a white book sleeve with the book title and author in black lettering; the sleeve covers two-thirds of the book.
The book and sleeve design is modern, streamlined, and contains a lot of negative space. On the cover, the English text is aligned to the top left in yokogaki (horizontal writing), while the Japanese text is aligned to the bottom right in tategaki (vertical writing). As for the sleeve, it only features Japanese text (except for the English name of the publisher) and is aligned to the left in tategaki. The text inside the book is also in tategaki except for the page numbers.
