Work for UCLA-Waseda Traditional Performing Arts of Japan Poster Exhibition at Aratani Theatre of the Japanese American Cultural & Community Center in Los Angeles
“Noh”means Japanese traditional theater play that depicts deceased people. The composition of design also imitates the stage. One of the main components of this design is the green triangular shapes that resembles Matsu, a Japanese tree that is associated with good fortune. On the above square, there’s a figure resembling Mt. Fuji.
