Revco Medical Supply Packaging
Sterile pad/wound care packaging for Revco private-label brand from c. late 1970s to early 1980s.
Revco D.S., Inc. was founded in Detroit in 1956 as a pioneer of discount drug retailing. The Revco name derived from Registered Vitamin Company, with D.S. standing for ‘Discount Drug Stores.’ The chain expanded throughout the U.S., eventually growing to more than 2,500 stores. Revco was acquired by CVS in 1997 and all former Revco locations were eventually rebranded under the CVS Pharmacy name.
