Format

Satyajit Ray was an Indian filmmaker, storyteller, screenwriter, illustrator, calligrapher, and designer. He received an Honorary Academy Award in 1992 for his lifetime achievement in filmmaking, being the first Indian to do so. 

He also made posters for his movies. He introduced photography and experimented with different visual techniques.
