This is an exhibition poster for The Dinner Party, an installation artwork by Judy Chicago.  The Dinner Party was created between 1974 and 1979, featuring a triangular table with  39 place settings, each dedicated to important historical and mythical women in history.  The installation was first exhibited at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art in 1979. The Dinner Party serves as a monument to women's history and accomplishments, bringing visibility to figures who have often been excluded from historical narratives.
