U-tan: Brand Character for a Child-Education TV Program

This character was designed by JINCO for an NHK educational TV show in 2003.
The colors are composed of yellow, green, and pastel tones, which form a child-friendly palette.
The soft shapes and facial expressions also give parents and children a sense of intimacy and warmth.
