Three Days of the Condor (Tři dny Kondora)

This is the Czechoslovakian movie poster for the  Sydney Pollack thriller (1975), released locally in 1979.

The artist blends a portrait of Robert Redford with a giant, colorful eagle (the "Condor") head that seems to be wearing him like a mask or crown. The design uses flat, vibrant colors and abstract geometric shapes at the bottom, creating a sense of 1970s paranoia and hidden identities.
