Trinity Blood Tarot Card Collection

Collection of decorative tarot cards depicting characters from the Japanese light novel series Trinity Blood. It was written by Sunao Yoshida with illustrations by Thores Shibamoto. It ran from 2001-2004 and spanned 4 volumes. It was adapted into a manga in 2003 and an anime series in 2005. It follows two races, humans and vampires, who are embroiled in a cold war. A young nun working for the Vatican teams up with an undercover vampire to prevent war from breaking out. 

Thores Shibamoto is a Japanese artist known for her intricately gothic painting style. She worked mainly on illustrating the original light novels as a character designer as well as on various supplemental material including merchandise and marketing.
