Caspian Art & Culture Festival

9

In this poster, Ghobad Shiva uses calligraphic forms and and expressive color palette that evoke Iranian visual heritage. The typography and organic shapes draw from Persian calligraphy- giving the poster a sense of cultural depth while still functioning as a modern graphic advertisement for the festival. It is a good example of how he balanced tradition and modern graphic sensibilities and public-facing design.
