This is the cover design for Betrayer (Naitsusha) by Shunichi Doba. The title and author's name are boldly displayed in large red character on black and white background. The background image shows a monochrome photograph of a reflection of a car's side mirror, depicting two silhouette engaging a conversation. The high contrast black and white image contributes to adding classic, police novel feels, along with some hard-boiled impression. Additionally, the two figure beyond the mirror create an atmosphere of suspicion, as a shady deal taking place.
