Karumen カルメン

This is the cover for the score of opera Carmen (First Part), designed by Suzuki Shigeyoshi and Mori Noboru. The poster is framed in black, with a greyish-green background. At the center, there is an illustration of a drop of red blood. Within the drop, images of an eye, a pair of lips, and a heart are vertically aligned in a brighter shade of red. 

All of the text in the cover are written in a right-to left script. Beneath the blood, text demonstrated it is arranged by Shogo Kawaguchi 川口章吾, and ハモニカ Score. The title Karumen (カルメン) is displayed in black font with a red line running through the middle. Below the title, the text reads “First Chapter.”
