It is the cover art for Melodies of 山下達郎 (Yamashita Tatsuro), Japanese legendary singer.

高原宏 (Takahara Hiroshi) is a Japanese designer. He founded his own graphic design agency, Hiroshi Takahara Design Office in 1975. His studio specializes in art direction, brand identity, zine and editorial design.
