A book written by Fredy Perlman about the work of Columbia University professor and leftist sociologist C. Wright Mills. Perlman had recently left academia and was critical of Mills' commitment to left politics. Perlman printed this book at the Detroit Printing Co-op, shortly after the Co-op opened. He experimented with color separation, typesetting and printing in the process of putting this publication together. He used several different paper stocks for the cover — there is a version with silver ink on a white cover stock, black ink on red stock, and black ink on a gray blue stock.
