Hi-lite Cigarette Package Design
This cigarette package design by Makoto Wada in 1960s. This is the one of Japanese modernist design. With a bold sky blue contrasted against white background. The “hi-lite” logo is written by slanted script give the consumer feeling soft. In addition, the cool tones of using white and blue create a fresh impression about cigarette. This design is an example of Minimal, with no complex decoration but it use clear white space.
