This is a postcard of a product called レート白粉 (lait white powder) by Hirao Sampei Shoten, designed by Sawa Reika, who also worked as a designer for Shiseido. The woman has snow-white skin and blushed cheeks, but her eyes are somewhat melancholy, a little like bijin-ga by Takehisa Yumeji.
