Houdini

1

Designed by Frank Kozik using silk screen printing, the cover of the Melvins’ Houdini (1993) is a bold reflection of '90s grunge aesthetics. Kozik’s cartoonish imagery, printed with the raw texture of silkscreen, captures the album’s blend of innocence and aggression.

Kozik was a prolific designer of the grunge, metal and punk scenes of the 90s and his work will go on to inspire for years to come.
