Call of Duty: Black Ops is a first-person shooter video game developed by Treyarch and published by Activision. Released on November 9, 2010. This game is set during the Cold War era and follow CIA operative Alex Mason as he revolves key missions through flashbacks to uncover a Soviet plot involving mind control and a deadly chemical weapon called "Nova 6". The game also features a Zombies mode along with a highly competitive multiplayer experience.
