House of Mouse

In this series, Disney mascot Mickey Mouse and his group of famous friends operate a nightclub frequented by many other Disney animated characters throughout the company's animation history.

The series was a successor to Mickey Mouse Works, a series that consisted of original cartoons (shortened to Cartoons) featuring Mickey and his friends. Most of the cartoons included in House of Mouse were reruns of those included in Mickey Mouse Works, although more classic cartoons as well as new Mickey Mouse Works cartoons were also shown. The series was also created to commemorate and coincide with the 100th anniversary of Walt Disney's birth.
