Rudy VanderLans is a graphic designer born in 1955 in the Netherlands. He studied photography in the United States. VanderLans is a co-founder of Emigre Magazine, for which he designed the cover in 1988. The cover was famous for its design in the late 1980s. It includes the big title in the middle, with a bright yellow background and several fonts.
