Gewerbliche Fachschulen Poster

29

The poster "Gewerbliche Fachschulen" was designed by Paul Renner in 1929 for an exhibition in Zurich's Kunstgewerbemuseum. Commercial vocational schools are promoted in order to highlight the importance of practical training in the arts and crafts. Characteristic of modernist aesthetics, the typography and colors in the design of this poster are bold and vibrant. Throughout this work, Renner demonstrates his commitment to clarity and functionality.
