Awazu Kurita who is famous Japanese graphic designer draw a mysterious spiral structure that attracts the viewer's attention. This is the “Third International Monument” conceived by Russian artist Vladimir Tatlin in 1919. It was planned as a steel tower with a double-helix structure that would have been over 400 meters high, but the project was never realized.
