This is the cover of a 1963 issue of Museumjournaal, a Dutch modern visual arts magazine. Museumjournaal changed its name to Kunst & Museumjournaal in 1989.
It was designed by Pieter Brattinga, a Dutch graphic designer. The image is with a gray background and the font design is the abbreviation of the magazine name “MJ” in an irregular red bold font in the center of the image. The design style is deeply influenced by avant-garde design movements such as “De Stijl” and Bauhaus.
