A. Calderoni Gioielliere

39

A. Calderoni Gioielliere’ (1898) is an Art Nouveau poster designed by Adolfo Hohenstein that presents the jewellery brand's high-end image. It uses elegant female figures, fine decorative styles and fluid lines, combined with lithographic printing techniques, to create a work of both artistic value and commercial publicity. The poster is an example of Italian advertising design from the late 19th century, which influenced later visual arts and branding.
