The China Construction Bank (CCB) logo draws inspiration from the fundamental elements of ancient Chinese coins, symbolizing finance and the banking industry. Rooted in traditional Chinese culture, the design incorporates auspicious motifs such as “方胜” (Fang Sheng, an ancient Chinese good-luck charm) and “双金” (Shuang Jin, a double-line knot visual element associated with prosperity). 

By applying Bauhaus-style geometric structuring, the design refines the traditional coin’s center, creating a clean and modern interpretation of the classic round exterior with a square hole, maintaining a simple yet powerful aesthetic. 

A distinct arc shape in the upper right corner represents the overlapping "CC" initials, referencing the English abbreviation for “China” and “Construction” (CCB). This overlapping form symbolizes accumulation as the foundation of construction, reflecting CCB’s growth through financial strength, its deep roots in China.
