"Original, unused and complete set of the 1965 calendar by Determined Productions Inc. in San Francisco. Determined Productions was founded in 1961 by Connie Boucher and was created to make licensed products, pioneering the licensing of the "Peanuts" comic strip characters.
The series was illustrated by Betty Brader (later known as Betty Brader-Ashley), an American fashion illustrator. In the 1950s she traveled to Europe, freelanced, and became known for her signature colors: muddy browns, rich khakis, deep olive green and orange. Her work for Joseph Magnin Co. Department Store in San Francisco in the 1960s is partly responsible for Women's Wear Daily honoring the firm with an award for longtime production of the best fashion advertising in the business.
Each calendar page was produced by lithography.
