This poster incentivized women of the Bolshevik party to join the Red Army to fight against the White Guard. Female Bolsheviks joined the Red Army with a vision of total equality. If women and men were on a level field, as promised by Communist ideology, then they would have receive the same social, academic, and economical opportunities as a men.
