Advertisement poster created by Italian artist Antonio Rubino for an aperitif drink Zafferano produced by the Bossi Company (Ditta Bossi) in Gallarate, Italy. The person holding the glass is said to be Pierrot, a character from Commedia dell'arte, an Italian theater performance. The poster was printed using chromolithograph printing and was printed by a printing and publishing company Arti Grafiche Bertarelli in Milan, Italy.
