The Rambler was the student publication of the State University of New York College of Technology at Farmingdale on Long Island, currently Farmingdale State College-SUNY. This issue of “The Rambler” in particular, starts with the issue of AIDS. Other topics include bringing back the death penalty, therefore causing residents to believe that the penalty will decrease crime rates in the state and justice for animals in going against styling clothing with fur as fur is dead, and we should all work on saving these innocent animals. The rest of the article contains information and events being held on campus, such as Halloween parties, movie nights, comedy shows, the campus crockpot including recipes, photos taken on campus and personals written by previous students, information on health and fitness (improving acne conditions), news on education (financial), and just like any other RAM article concluding the newspaper is information on recent sports games and club meetings and debates.
