The screenshot is of the Cajun Queen website, a restaurant in Charlotte NC.  Founded in 1985, the Cajun Queen is known for its creole and cajun style food. Located in the Elizabeth neighborhood, a location filled with history and lots of things to do, The Cajun Queen spices things up by bringing authentic culture to Charlotte and a live jazz band while you eat! Specifically, this screenshot via The Way Back Machine depicts its website in  2014 where you can see many influences of popular early 2010s web design aesthetics implemented.
