This catalog was created by Printer Manufacturing Co. (Later Golding and Co.) for the purpose of educating printers on the various offerings by the company as well as the changing print industry itself.
Included in this catalog are pages educating readers on the future of the design industry, stating that perhaps one day every man can be his own printer and that soon printers may be found in every school.
