I Voted! sticker to honor the centennial of the 19th Amendment

In 2020, I designed a series of ‘I Voted!’ stickers for the state of Connecticut.  The stickers commemorated the 100th anniversary of the passing of the 19th Amendment which granted women the right to vote. The series includes a diverse collection of Connecticut women who were influential in the long fight for suffrage. These women were from small towns and large cities. They were conservative and progressive minded. They were White and Black, young and elderly, and represented a range of economic backgrounds.

Six million stickers were printed by the Office of the Secretary of the State; they were distributed to Connecticut's 169 towns for the 2020 presidential election.

This was a self-initiated project.
