Queen Park Multi-Cinema Sign
This is a sign that was used as an advertisement for the Queens-Drive through that opened in 1962. Once the drive-in was closed down, the tower was kept to advertise the Queen Park Cinema that opened in 1982 (20 years later)
The sign was on a tower in South Boulevard but got dismantled in 2014 and stored away. The owner, Pappas Properties, had the sign up for sale and would give it to the person who submitted the best plan for the preservation and future display for the sign.
Currently in storage at D.H. Griffin in Charlotte
