This issue of ACT UP MINNESOTA features articles on the AIDS-phobic 3rd Precinct, the criminalizing of HIV by the DLF controlled Hennepin County Attorney's office, a call for a local boycott of local institutions (ie: Walker Art Center) that receive funds from Philip Morris due to their support of Jesse Helms, and an blurb calling those testing positive for HIV to resist contact tracing.
