For many years, members of rock band R.E.M.’s official fan club received an annual holiday gift package filled with various custom items and memorabilia such as stickers, postcards, calendars, holiday cards and music. From 1988–2003, recordings produced exclusively for the fan club were included.
The 1991 package contained various items including a 7-inch record with the songs “Baby Baby” and “Christmas Griping” in this green sleeve.
It is numbered #3393 of 4000 and adds in small print: “so don't lose it!”
