This caricature of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt shows what Japan thought that American President were not human. Roosevelt was given fangs ans blueish skin and was called an Onii (demon in Japanese). The manga was created during World War II for propaganda purposes. The Manga was one of the very few magazines that were allowed to be printed during the war.
