This is the studio logo for the Soviet film production company, Mosfilm. It combines three dimensional plastic lettering with the famous sculpture, "Worker and Kolkhoz Woman" by Vera Mukhina in the background as well as Spasskaya Tower (in the Kremlin).
The logo debuted in 1947.
