Graphis  Packaging 3

Published in 1977 and printed in Switzerland, this multilingual collection of various packaging designs from industrial packaging to household objects, this book is one to be remembered.  In 1944, Walter Amstutz and Walter Herdeg founded Graphis Publishing in Switzerland. Ironically this isn't where they were the biggest. They were given awards primarily in the United States and Japan. Now located in New York, B. Martin Pedersen took over the company in 1985 and made some changes.

This book is dense with all sorts of different designs, in the print, some images are shown in black and white, while others are in vivid color. Being able to reference a collection of different designs can be useful to reference while creating new work
