The '90s Red Hot + Blue album starred top artists covering Cole Porter songs. Released by the Red Hot Organization, it supported and brought awareness to HIV and LGBTQ+ causes. Recently, they shared images from their '90s safe sex campaign, promoting diverse couples advocating for HIV prevention. Not only did it represent the queer community, it exhibited diversity through the representation of bi-racial couples. This design contributes to the history of design because it acts as a voice for minorities, such as the LGBTQ Community.

Hi Kate! This poster serves such a powerful inclusive message especially being created in the 90's, when there was still a divide amongst communities. I really enjoy the aesthetic and style of this poster, it is subtle yet bold in typography and imagery. As you mentioned there is also a strong and positive message as far as the diversity is concerned. Even though this poster was presented 20+ years ago, I still feel like this art would be relevant in today's world of design.
