This is the Picador Edition book cover of Gonzo Papers Vol. 2: Generation of Swine: Tales of Shame and Degradation in the '80s.  It is the second book in The Gonzo Series, written by Hunter S. Thompson. While Annie Leibovitz is credited with the photograph on the cover, the creator of this cover is not specified at all.
